Application for the 3rd Takamatsu International Piano Competition started on April 1, 2013 and closed on September 20, 2013 (the application must be postmarked by said date).
The number of applications was 238 (100 men and 130 women) as of September 30, 2013.
(* Please note that the number is not finalized yet since some applications from overseas have not reached to the Office.)
● Acting Musical Director has been selected.
We regret to note that Mr. Shunsaku Tsutsui, the former Musical Director of the competition, passed away in September. We are pleased to announce that Ms. Shuku Iwasaki has been selected as acting Musical Director for the 3rd Takamatsu International Piano Competition.
