Competition Consent Form sent by the TIPC Office shall be returned by 25th December 2017.
Contestants shall pay a competition entry fee of 20,000 yen to the account specified below by 15 January 2018. If the entry fee is not paid by the specified date, the contestant shall be disqualified.

*Entry fee and bank charges paid will not be reimbursed by the organizers under any circumstances.
Contestants will register before the contestant orientation notified by the TIPC Office and attendance to the contestant orientation will complete the registration. This rule does not apply when the Chair of Jury allows that the circumstances are inevitable.
Contestants will bear the travel expenses in principle. If applicable, however, the amount specified by the organizer will be provided.
[Contestants who reside overseas]
JPY 50,000 for those who currently reside in Asia (specified by Foreign Ministry). JPY 100,000 for those residing in an area other than the above.
[Contestants who reside in Japan but currently study abroad]
Half of the amount above.
[Contestants who reside in Japan]
Contestants who reside in Japan are not subject to financial support for transportation costs.
Accommodation will be provided to the contestants from three days prior to the start of the competition (11 March, 2018) to the dates below. The accommodation cost will be borne by the TIPC Office only for the accommodation designated by the TIPC Office. All other expenses occurred during the period of stay, including meals, communications, etc., will be covered by the contestants.
*Contestants will be introduced to local families if they indicate the desire to participate in a homestay program after the TIPC is finished.
