Visa

Contestants who are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan are responsible for applying for it.
If an invitation letter is needed for acquiring the visa, please apply for it to the TIPC Office when submitting the Consent Form.

Insurance

Contestants shall purchase insurance for his/her health, accident, fire, theft and damage to luggage and personal belongings for the term from when you leave your country until you return to your country, if necessary.

Neighboring Rights

All rights for broadcasting, performing, audio and visual recording, publishing, photographing, etc., of performances for all TIPC rounds, the opening ceremony and awards ceremony and any related performances held after the conclusion of the TIPC will belong to the Organizer.

Protection of Personal Information

All personal information of applicants and contestants collected for the competition will be controlled by the organizer and solely used for this competition in accordance with Japanese Law.

Conformity to Japanese Laws

1) Award money shall include tax in accordance with Japanese laws.
2) Any problems that occur in regard to these guidelines will be resolved in accordance with Japanese laws.
