To all applicants:
We have received many inquiries about a video upload problem. Due to this problem, we have extended the deadline for online application by 17:00 on September 21 (Japan time).
We have also changed the system so that you can complete the entry without the video uploaded. Please inform the TIPC Office that you completed the entry except for the video upload.
Once your entry is completed, you will receive the mail confirming the completion of your entry. Please note that your entry will be completed only when all five categories are “completed”. It is possible that any of the categories are not completed if you have not received the confirmation mail.
