Application Guideline
1. Consent Form for Competition Entry
The Competition Office will send contestants a Consent Form for Competition Entry. Contestants should fill in and return this form to the Competition Office by Wednesday 15th January 2014.
2. Entry Fee
Contestants who are selected to compete in the Preliminary Rounds will be required to pay a competition entry fee of ¥30,000 into one of the accounts specified below by Wednesday 15th January 2014.

- Any bank charges are to be paid in full by the contestant.
- Competition entry fee and bank charges will not be reimbursed by the organizers under any circumstances.
3. Attendance of the Opening Ceremony
All contestants are expected to attend the Opening Ceremony whose details will be notified.by the Competition Office.
